Hi! My name is Claire Davies, and I am looking for someone to sublet with a flexible end date (It will be towards the end of August, I'm just not sure when I'll be moving back in yet). Rent is $550 a month plus utilities. However, the month of June will be slightly less as you will not be able to move in until the 6th because of painting and floor sanding happening at the apartment. The bedroom is unfurnished. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 porches, 2 bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, and parking available in the lot behind the property and on the street. There will be two other female-aligning people living there as well who will potentially have a cat, so please keep that in mind.
