Thank you for being a tenant of MaxMia Properties! In an effort to make managing our mutual responsibilities towards your apartment, we have set up a new Resident Center Portal site for our valued tenants, using Buildium. The tenant portal is available via the web, or the Buildium Resident Center app for both Android and iOS devices. Search for “Resident Center Buildium” on your app store of choice, or use the links on this page.
If you are currently a tenant, or have recently moved in, we have possibly already onboarded you to Buildium. If you do not have an account and would like to be signed up, please contact us to ask to be added. You will receive an account activation email to your email address of choice, and thereafter will be able to manage your account using the Portal website, or the app.

MaxMia Properties will still honor Problem requests sent in from our previous Report A Problem form, and will also still accept rent submitted via other means such as Zelle transfer, check, or cash paid in person. However, please note that response times to requests sent via the Report A Problem form may be slower than those received through our Resident Portal. In the interest of efficiency, we encourage our tenants to use the portal site or app if possible.
