Hey everyone!
Seeking 2 roommates to move into a spacious 4bed 2bath in Tatnuck square area for Sep 1st. Females and working professionals/grad students preferred. LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly. 1 cat is OK but no dogs as I'm allergic.

The apt is very spacious and comes with free in-unit laundry, dishwasher, 3season side porch, furnished living room, kitchen (standard appliances), outdoor/grill area and front porch, with hardwood floors throughout. There are 3 flights of steep concrete stairs to reach this 1st floor apt from the street. Great location in a quiet and cute neighborhood. Ample street parking (rarely have to move for cleaning or winter storm bans). Also the landlord is responsive and kind!

A little about me: I (36,f) occupy 2 of the rooms, one of them being my office as I work from home. I'm an ambivert; most days I keep to myself but also love a good board game or movie night. Also often away on adventures. I'm a huge nerd too haha. I value communication, cleanliness and respect to maintain a comfortable and safe living space. I've lived here for 3 years and am sad to see my roomies go due to some exciting opportunities, but have come to love this home and am looking forward to creating new memories and camaraderie.

About the rooms:
One of them is 12.5ftx11ft. Private bathroom with shower. Located in the back of the apt, off the kitchen, with good natural lighting and a decently sized closet. Rent is $700+utilities.
The other room is 12.5ftx11.5ft. Also located off the kitchen, it has a smaller closet but deep loft storage and good natural lighting. We would share the 2nd bathroom with a tub. Rent is $650+utilities.

First, last and security are due upon signing the 1-year lease (renewed every Sep). Utilities are split evenly and range from $75-$250 each, winter being the worst. They include heat, hot water, electricity and high speed Fios internet.
